1. What is Printful?
Printful is a print-on-demand fulfillment service that allows us to create and ship custom products directly to you. We work with Printful to print, pack, and ship high-quality products that are unique to each customer. This means that every order is custom made after it is placed, and we do not keep inventory on hand.
2. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our online store, select the products you want, choose your size and color options (if applicable), and then proceed to checkout. Once your payment is processed, your order will be sent to Printful for fulfillment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once it ships.
3. Can I customize the products?
Yes! We offer a range of customizable products. You can personalize your items with custom text, designs, or artwork. When placing an order, simply upload your artwork or text, and we’ll take care of the rest! If you’re not sure if your design will work, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing Time: All products are made to order and typically take 2-7 business days to process and fulfill.
Shipping Time: After processing, shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Here are our typical shipping timeframes:

5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your order size, destination, and the shipping method you select. You’ll see the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and international shipping.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide! International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your country, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also check your order status directly on the Printful tracking page.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, once an order is submitted, we cannot change or cancel it once production has begun. Please double-check your order for accuracy before completing your purchase.
9. What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged item so that we can resolve the issue quickly. In cases of defects or damage, we will work with Printful to either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
10. What is your return/exchange policy?
Because all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will assist you in processing a return or exchange.

11. Why didn’t I receive my full order?
In some cases, items in your order may be fulfilled and shipped separately. If you receive a partial shipment, please check the tracking information for all packages, as it may be on its way separately. If you are missing an item that was paid for, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue.

13. Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are always open to suggestions and may consider offering this feature in the future.

15. Can I sell my own designs or become a seller with Printful?
Yes, if you’re interested in creating your own store with Printful, you can sign up as a Printful user and start selling your own custom products. 16. How do I care for my products?
To ensure the longevity of your custom products, please refer to the care instructions provided for each product type. Generally, we recommend following these guidelines:

- Tumble dry low or hang dry.

- For mugs, hand wash is recommended to preserve the design.
