All products sold in our store are custom-made on demand by Printful. This means that products are created specifically for each customer after an order is placed. As a result, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are the correct size, design, and color unless they are defective or damaged.
